1. General provisions
1.1. This document is an official public offer (hereinafter referred to as the Offer) of the Public Organization “Ukrainian Community of People with Multiple Sclerosis” (EDRPOU code 41769136), acting on the basis of the Charter and the decision of the general meeting, represented by its chairman, Dmytro Polishchuk, hereinafter — the Organization, to conclude a contract for the provision of a charitable donation with any natural or legal person (hereinafter referred to as the Donor).

1.2. In accordance with Articles 633, 641, 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, this document is a public contract of adhesion, the terms of which are the same for all Donors.

1.3. Acceptance of this Offer means the Donor's full and unconditional agreement to all its terms and conditions without any restrictions or reservations.

1.4. The text of this Offer is always available for review on the website ucms.info.

2. Subject of the agreement
2.1. Under this Agreement, the Donor voluntarily and free of charge transfers funds to the Organization in the form of a charitable donation to achieve the statutory goals of the Organization as provided for in its Charter.

2.2. The Donor independently determines the amount, size, and frequency of the contribution (one-time or regular).

2.3. Charitable donations are not earmarked for a specific purpose, unless otherwise specified by the Donor at the time of transfer.
2.4. The Organization has the right to use the funds received to implement programs to support patients with multiple sclerosis, conduct educational, informational, and social projects, and cover administrative costs related to the performance of its statutory activities.

3. Procedure for making donations
3.1. Donors may make donations by:

paying via PayPal or Google Pay;

transfer to the official account of the Organization specified on the website ucms.info.

3.2. The fact of making a donation means full acceptance of the terms of this Offer (acceptance).

3.3. The donor agrees that the moment of conclusion of this Agreement is the moment when the funds are credited to the Organization's account.

3.4. The Organization is not responsible for the actions of payment systems, banks, and other intermediaries that facilitate payments.

4. Rights and obligations of the parties
4.1. The Organization undertakes to:

use the charitable funds received exclusively to achieve its statutory goals;

maintain financial records in accordance with the requirements of Ukrainian law;

provide public information about its activities on its official website.

4.2. The Organization has the right to:

independently determine the use of donations in accordance with its statutory activities;

change the methods of accepting charitable contributions without changing the essence of the terms of this Agreement.

4.3. The Donor has the right to:

receive information about the Organization's activities through the website or official reports;

submit requests regarding confirmation of receipt of donations.
4.4. The donor undertakes to:

provide accurate information when making a payment;

not use the Organization's services for illegal or fraudulent transactions.

5. Refunds
5.1. Charitable contributions are voluntary and non-refundable.

5.2. Refunds are only possible in cases of technical errors during payment (e.g., double debits or erroneous transfers).

5.3. To initiate a refund, the Donor must contact ucms.org@gmail.com, indicating the date, amount, and confirmation of the transaction.

6. Processing of personal data
6.1. The Donor consents to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data.”

6.2. The purpose of data processing is to ensure the performance of this Agreement, accounting, and reporting of the Organization.

6.3. The Organization guarantees the confidentiality of personal data and does not transfer it to third parties without legal grounds.

7. Responsibility of the parties
7.1. The Organization is not responsible for the actions of third parties (banks, payment services) regarding the processing or delay of payments.

7.2. The Donor is solely responsible for the accuracy of the payment details entered.

7.3. All disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiations, and if no agreement is reached, in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.

8. Amendments to the Agreement
8.1. The Organization has the right to change the terms of this Offer without prior notice to Donors.

8.2. The current version of the Agreement is always available on the website ucms.info and comes into force upon publication.

10. Final provisions
10.1. The fact that the Benefactor has made a donation is unconditional confirmation of their familiarity with and agreement to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

10.2. This Agreement is legally binding in accordance with Articles 205, 207, and 639 of the Civil Code of Ukraine and the Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Commerce.”
