Roadmap of the new
patient
with MS

At this link (click on the image below) is a short guide-"route": what to do in the first weeks after diagnosis, who to contact, how to organize treatment, rehabilitation, and support in the family/at work.

Absolutely do not do:

  • do not stop/start medication on your own without consulting a neurologist;

  • do not ignore new or sharply increased symptoms - consult a doctor;

  • do not look for "miracle" treatment regimens/diets from unverified sources;

  • do not overwork or overheat intentionally (saunas, extreme training);

  • Don't be alone - ask for help and use community support.
